| A:Yes. For UK buyers, I can offer cashback on 3 or more items (this is variable depending on order value and number of items). For European buyers (including Russia & Eastern Europe), I offer free postage for 4 items or more. For the Rest of the World I can offer discounts on 4 or more items (variable, depending on order value and number of items) |

| A:For European customers (including Russia & Eastern Europe) 4 or more items will be free post. For worldwide customers I can offer reduced rates on request. Any questions regarding combined shipping will be promptly answered via e-mail. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Any orders paid for by 11am are dispatched the same day (excluding Sundays), orders after 11am are dispatched either same day or within 24 hours. Standard delivery option for UK customers is 2nd class (usually between 2-5 days), and Airmail for Overseas customers (usually 5-12 days), faster delivery methods are available on request. |

| Q:How do you grade your records? |

| A:All my records are graded based on the Record Collector Magazine guide, records first, covers second. I often include additional details to help buyers. I tend to "down" grade, and buyers are often pleasantly surprised with their purchase. I will gladly send additional photographs or further details upon request. |
