Postage & Delivery

Dispatch
Orders placed before 3pm are normally dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 3pm or at weekends will be sent on the next working day.
We try our best to keep postage charges down by offering Royal Mail Second Class Post as the default, where applicable. You can upgrade your postage method by selecting from the options at checkout. The expected delivery times are:

Royal Mail Second Class Post: 3-4 working days.
Royal Mail First Class Post: 1-2 working days.
Courier Service: normally next working day.

Orders over 2kg in weight will be sent by courier service.

Please note that our courier normally delivers next working day but this is not a guaranteed service. A signature will be required on delivery.

Multiple Items
Postage charges are shown with each item and eBay should automatically combine postage costs for multiple purchases. Our maximum P&P charge for UK mainland is £6.99
Please check that the postage charge shown by eBay is correct and contact us before making payment if you have any concerns. Adjusting the postage charge after payment has been made is very complicated and we may not be able to do so.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands
Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly incur a incur a premium charge and may take longer to arrive than mainland deliveries. Next day delivery may not be available.

VAT
As a VAT registered company we have to charge VAT on postage.

Returns
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note delivery costs are not refundable.
