For Off Shore UK Deliveries and Ireland: Estimated delivery time is 7-10 working days after cleared payment has been received. Unfortunately we are unable to give you an exact time for delivery.
How do I combine my order?
Great news! You can combine your items at the checkout to make great postage savings! To take advantage of this, 'Buy it Now' or win all your items you wish to purchase, and then select pay from your won items. The system will automatically combine all your items and calculate the correct postage for you.
PLEASE NOTE: If you pay for your items individually before finishing all the items you wish to purchase the postage will not be combined. So 'Buy it now' or win ALL items you wish to be combined, then go through to pay at the end.

We know that occasionally you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions on how to do so.
Please notice: for your convenience we have now increased your home approval period time from 7 days to 30 days.
Complete the Returns Form that came with your items, including the reasons why you are returning the product to us. If you have more than one item, please
put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the despatch note. Then post it to us within 30 days of receipt.
Please notice: If you are returning an item from Ireland please contact our Customer Services Team on 0844 292 8144 or alternatively email us and we will advise you how to return an item to us.
If you would like an exchange for your product or a different size please put these details into the notes section. If we do have stock we will send this by
return. If no stock is available we will refund you returned items to your PayPal account.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.
Returning by post:
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that
get lost on the way to us.You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return.

Disposal of waste batteries
We offer a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. Simply return your waste batteries to any Littlewoods Clearance store. To find your nearest store go to www.littlewoodsclearance.co.uk/stores.html. Please do not post any batteries. Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com. Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will also have collection bins for used batteries.
You can now use Collect+ to return parcels for only £3.99! (Not available in Ireland)
Collect+ is a convenient new way to return parcels via neighbourhood stores. There are over 3500 Collect+ stores and most are open from early in the morning
until late, 7 days a week. Collect+ is backed by PayPoint, the UK's largest payment network, and Home Delivery Network, who deliver over 300,000 parcels every day.
This service can be used for parcels weighing up to 10kgs and includes online tracking and up to £40 insurance.

Collect+ store and book your returns label, then print and attach it and drop off your parcel at your chosen Collect+ store. Please note, you must purchase
a returns label before taking your parcel into a Collect+ store. Collect+ will not accept responsibility for parcels handed into a store without a Very Clearance returns label.
NOTE: When on the Collect+ website, you must search for/click on the Very Clearance brand.

Disposal of Waste Electrical Products
Each country in the EU is now required to minimise the disposal of unsorted waste electrical products and to achieve a high level of collection, treatment,
recovery and environmentally sound disposal of such. We have contributed to a national fund to help local authorities upgrade their waste collection facilities.
You can contribute too by taking any waste electrical products to your nearest participating site. To find your nearest site, please visit
www.recycle-more.co.uk. It is important that any hazardous substances, contained in waste electrical products, are
disposed of effectively to avoid danger to human health and damage to the environment. All new electrical products now carry a crossed out wheeled bin symbol
indicating that, at the end of their life, they should be disposed of at an appropriate collection facility.
