Shop Policies

Welcome!
My shop offers iphone 4 cases to protect and decorate your iphone 4 or 4s. I also have iPad 2 cases. A buyer has an option whether they want the design they purchased made on a black or a white case.


Payment
Paypal, US Money order, US cashier's check (Email us if you want to send money order or cashier's check and then we will give you our address).


Production and Delivery Shipping Time (When to expect your package)
I ship packages usps first class, unless you and I work out another method of shipping. After your payment has cleared, you will receive your item 1-2 weeks if you live in the US, and 2-3 weeks if you live outside the U.S. This includes production and delivery time. Sometimes shipping will be quick, depending on whether you made a purchase close to my scheduled day to make each item.

Paypal Address
I use your paypal shipping address, unless you email me and tell me to send it to another address, perhaps it's a gift for someone, or you just remembered you have an incorrect address on your Paypal account. Email me right away for the address. If you have the wrong address on your Paypal account, and I sent your package to that address, I can not replace that item. So please update your paypal account with your current address. For International buyers outside the U.S., please wait a little bit longer for your package because sometimes customs hold packages and make sure to check your local usps for your packages. I do not ship to a few countries where I've shipped packages before and they have gotten lost.

Incomplete Orders
If you purchased an iphone 4 case and did not tell me whether you want a black or a white case, your order will be delayed. I always email each customer the same day of your payment which color case you'd like. If I don't get an answer right away and days go by, your item may get pushed to my next scheduled day to make your case. I usually wait 3-5 days for your answer. If I don't get an answer in a week, I will send the black case by default.

No Rush Orders
Please no rush orders because I do have to maintain my schedules and also the post office's schedule to deliver your handmade item. I am doing my best to send out items as fast as I can. The approximate delivery time is above.

I really need that production and delivery window timeframe for many reasons. I make the cases in the order that cleared payments are received. These cases are handmade one by one. Also, I have a schedule to make the cases because of other schedules. I hope that someday soon, I will free up a lot more time to make these items for you. Please let me know as soon as you can if you want to cancel.

Refunds and Exchanges
Each item is custom made to order. I do my best to make each one the best that I can. I may allow an exchange depending on the reason. Contact me first. Since each item is made to order, most items are final sale. All shipping fees are the responsible of the buyers.
