| A:99.9% of items we send are sent by a service with tracking.You should recieve tracking details by eMail.If you have not recieved your item within a week if within the UK or two weeks if overseas the first thing you should do is check the tracking. Also ensure to look for attempted delivery cards and act upon them. |
| Q:When buying a number of different items, how do I get the best delivery charges and options for all items sent together? |

| A:Yes just buy the items of interest using the buy now button on each listing and wait to receive a combined invoice before paying. You will receive the best options and charges for delivery possible given the combined size weight value and destination of all items bought. |
| Q:How do I pay by Card? |

| A:There are 2 ways.
1) Select paypal as payment method.Go to pay,check the box "I dont have a PayPal account" On the next page check the box "make one off payment by card.Then all shall be explained.To not open a PayPal account uncheck the box by "Save my details for future purchases"

| Q:Does veedubmachine accept returns? |

| A:Yes we accept returns for any reason, usually within 3 weeks from reciept, providing the items are returned in as received condition including packaging. Return to the address on your invoice and include a note stating your eBay user id. We will refund the item price less ebay final value fee (10%) as soon as we receive. |
