| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We accept returns for any reason providing the item is returned in perfect condition. Postage costs will only be refunded if the item is not as described in the item description. If you wish to return an item please return to the address on your invoice and include your e bay user id and the Record number that is next to the date on your invoice. |

| A:We combine shipping on multiple purchases. | A:We send items within one working day of cleared payment.Times from then depend on service selected. Parcelforce and Special delivery have guaranteed delivery times. Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class do not but normally achieve delivery in a few days.If 1st or 2nd class are late 15 working days need to have passed before Royal Mail will accept enquiries. |
