Your order is important to us & its safe arrival to you, therefore please read the following information.
Once your item is on its way to you we will always send a dispatch confirmation email along with its Tracking Code. Until you receive your item please check its delivery status on the Royal Mail website under the Track & Trace section from the time we issue you with the tracking code & upto 15 working days. International deliveries: Please check your courier service applicable to you upto 25 working days. It is possible an attempt to deliver your item may be made but without being left a 'While you were out card' to indicate that the parcel would then be sent to your local post office & remain there for 1 week for you to collect. After 1 week it will be returned to our address which is displayed clearly on the front of all packages & also now with a message to the courier service as follows:
Re: Courier Service - if necessary please remember to leave a ‘While you were out card’.
