Communication was not great and left me at times unable to resolve the issues and concerns. The courier used was a different one to the one listed. I had been waiting patiently for this item for days but without a tracking number and the fact it was sent by a different courier to the one that was listed had caused a lot of stress. Finally, the item looks nothing like the image used for this sale. Very disappointed.
