Shipping:
We use Canada Post rate calculator as our guidelines. If there is no original box, or require extra packing USA HiFi will charge an additional fee to ensure it arrives in the same condition displayed in the auction.
Final shipping costs will be calculated based on the item, and the destination. USA Hifi will send you and invoice which will include, shipping, handling, insurance and taxes (if applicable), as well as all available payment options. Please wait for us to provide you with a total before payment.
All duties brokerage and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot be responsible for any additional costs.
Damages, loss or delays in receiving your items after it has been shipped is the responsibility of the carrier. Under no circumstances are we responsibly for the actions of the carrier. We do our utmost to pack all our items with great care and we meet or exceed guidelines of most carriers. In case of an insurance claim a case will be opened under the carrier and be dealt with by the buyer. We will provide the buyer with any necessary information they require.
