All UNIQUE GREETINGS toppers and banners are HANDMADE / HAND CUT/ HAND FINISHED/ HAND PACKED, this is what makes them special and unique and in very high demand, I usually meet my despatch deadlines but during exceptionally busy times may be delayed by a day or so, if this happens A CUSTOMER NOTICE WILL BE DISPLAYED HERE ON THE FRONT THE SHOP, during these times if you need an item for a certain date PLEASE EMAIL BEFORE ORDERING to be sure that I can meet your deadline.

WOOLWORKZ is the other strand of my work and offers hand knitted and hand crocheted products. Many are baby items and are made by me always with brand new materials. Items are usually one off and unique. Due to time constraints it is rare that I can offer bespoke orders for hand knit / crochet items. The WOOLWORKZ items that are listed are ready for despatch and can be posted within 1 working day of payment received.

Messages are answered as quickly as possible and usually within a few hours of being sent. Please again be aware that during periods of high demand, bespoke orders may be delayed as they need designing from scratch etc. .
