All UK orders received with cleared payment, before 2.00pm, will be dispatched the same working day.
The carrier used will vary between items but is usually Royal Mail. Most items are sent by First Class Post and can be expected within 2 to 5 days.
We always suggest customer allow up to 7 days for delivery to allow for vagaries within Royal Mail.
If an item has not been received within 14 days we would like to know immediately.
A small number of items are sent by Second Class and these are identified within individual item descriptions.
For peace of mind most items will be sent by Recorded Delivery, and will require a signature. We may also use Special Delivery.
A signature will be required to complete deliveries sent under these services. Please understand that such deliveries cannot be completed if you are not available to sign, or able to collect from your Post Office within 7 days.
We take care to calculate our carriage charges as accurately as possible but there is more to carriage than the cost of a stamp!
We are a VAT registered business and are required by law to pay VAT on carriage as it is a service. VAT is included in our carriage charges and is NOT added later.
Our carriage costs also include the purchase of packing materials. As per ebay policy an element of the packaging costs may be included in our carriage charges.
