PAYMENT
IMPORTANT:
IF
THERE IS A SIZE / COLOUR CHOICE FOR THE ITEM YOU HAVE PURCHASED THEN PLEASE
STATE YOUR CHOICE IN THE 'NOTES TO SELLER' BOX WHEN YOU MAKE PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL.
IF
NO COLOUR IS MENTIONED THEN WE WILL SEND THE COLOUR DISPLAYED IN THE MAIN EBAY
GALLERY PICTURE.
All
Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT (unless VAT free).
We
accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card (cardholders registered address only),
Paypal (confirmed address only), Postal Orders and Bank Transfer (details
provided after purchase).
Please
note: We no longer accept cheques or e-cheques
If
you ask for the order to be sent elsewhere or pay with an unconfirmed address
with paypal we will not despatch the item(s) and will wait for you to contact
ourselves for a refund or alternative payment option.
This
is because of the increasing fraudulent transactions with Paypal and
credit/debit cards in which the only insurance provided by the companies is
dependent on us sending the parcel(s) to the confirmed/registered address.
If
you wish to pay for your item with a credit or debit card please call one of our
sales advisors on 01772 792600. Please
ensure you have your item number and your ebay user ID handy.
All
payments must be received within 3 days, if not the item will be classed as
unsold and re-listed automatically and transaction cancelled.
We will also open a unpaid item dispute to recover any fees lost in which
you will receive an unpaid item strike. Therefore
please do not bid unless you intend to pay.
SHIPPING
The
term P & P means Postage Packaging Material and Handling cost. We try to provide our customers with good service consisting
of quality packaging and fast dispatch (please see our feedback) these costs are
reflected in our delivery charges if you feel the postage charges are too high
then please do not purchase the item as these costs are non negotiable.
We
currently only post to customers in the UK only.
We
aim to despatch all orders the same day as payments received however please send
payment before 12pm to ensure this.
We
will dispatch items via next working day delivery (Mon-Fri).
However we cannot guarantee this as once the item has been despatched it
is in the hands of our courier, please allow 2-3 working days for delivery in
case of any postal delays.
Due
to additional charges imposed by our couriers for deliveries to the Scottish
Highlands, Offshore Islands and Northern Ireland, a surcharge may be levied to
cover carriage to these areas. We
advise customers to contact us for a final postage fee before finalising orders.
Once
payment is received your order will be processed within 24 hours Mon-Fri, unless
states otherwise on the advert.
Tracking
details can be provided for most items. Please
be aware that once an item is posted it is out our hands so we do not guarantee
time of delivery because of this.
For
that extra peace of mind Insurance will be included in the postage and packing
costs unless stated otherwise in the advert.
We
take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you however
please check the item(s) are correct and not damaged while in transit, before
signing for it. A signature is your
acceptance of the item(s) in good order. Please
make sure you are available for delivery as this applies to any signature
received for the item.
DELIVERY
RESPONSIBILITIES:
It
is your responsibility to be available to receive post and deliveries.
If delivery attempts fail the goods may be returned to us & extra
delivery costs may be incurred by you. "Leave
next door" etc instructions if accepted will mean the goods travel at your
own risk.
NON
DELIVERY LIMITATION:
We
send goods via third parties. We
rely on you to tell us if your goods have not arrived.
We therefore do not entertain claims for non delivery if you have not
notified us within 10 days of dispatch that the goods of not arrived.
Please

TERMS
We
warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing.
We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title,
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for
their intended purpose or use. We
pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item
please contact us on 01772 792600, and we'll be happy to help.
Please
note due to our discounted price and high demand, items do go out of stock, if
this is the case we will notify you and refund you in full.
Any Negative feedback left by customers for this will be given a Negative
feedback in return. UK Good Deals
Ltd will have the right to block any customer who leaves negative feedback to
us. So please discuss any issues
with our customer services before leaving any negative feedback.
RETURNS
Genuinely
faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of
any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for shipping the item back
to us by the cheapest recorded method. If
the item is found to be faulty we will refund the return postage cost via cheque.
For non-faulty goods and items purchased in error we are happy to refund
the cost of the product minus any delivery charges we incurred, this must be
done within 7 days of receipt. The
item purchased should be in ALL original packaging, unused and in as new
condition along with a copy of your invoice and your returns form stating the
problem. We do ask that you keep
all original shipping cartons etc in case of a fault developing with in the
warranty period.
