If you place an order between Monday-Friday we normally ship the same day. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day. The shipment to addresses usually takes 1-3 working days. Please note: Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 2-5 working days to deliver the item within so please wait before contacting us.

Non received Items are covered up to £36.00 from royal mail and a claim can be made to royal mail for this, proof of postage and invoice of sale will be provided to assist with claim process. If you wish your item be sent recorded or registered please contact us for quotes. Once items are posted they are in the hands of Royal Mail. We cannot be liable or responsible for late deliveries, damage and non received items, these issues can be forwarded to royal mail. For non claimed or non delivered mail returned to us, postage will need to be repaid before the item is dispatched again.
