Products are delivered and services supplied to the United Kingdom. No delivery to islands. Products are not available for pick-up.
Sony shall choose a suitable carrier and means of transport at its own discretion. Sony reserves the right to deliver products and services in instalments in any order, provided that they are reasonable to the Customer. If products or services are delivered in instalments, each instalment shall constitute a separate contract. If Sony is behind schedule with one or more instalments or no longer able to fill that part of the order, this shall have no effect on the contracts for the other products or services previously delivered or pending delivery.
The delivery information on the product/item page shall apply as well.
While Sony shall endeavour to make prompt delivery, circumstances could arise (largely beyond Sony's control) which make it impossible for Sony to meet the specified delivery date. All dates specified by Sony for the delivery of products and services shall be deemed to be estimates only, and Sony cannot guarantee that actual delivery will take place by the specified time unless such has been expressly specified as a binding delivery time.
You may, however, cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. You may also return the products after delivery.
Should Sony be unable to deliver the products or provide the services by the estimated or agreed date, Sony reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the Customer any money he or she has paid. If the delay is not owing to damage caused intentionally by Sony or its gross negligence, Sony is only required to refund the Customer any money he or she has paid to Sony; in this case Sony cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused by the delay.
