Returns / Replacement / Lost in Post
We have a very simple 14 days returns policy. If you are not satisfied with the item then it can be returned back to us, provided it has not been used. If return is due to item fault/incorrect item then you can simply repackage it and we will cover all returns postage costs. If it is due to incorrecly ordered then buyer is responsible for returns cost. All items must be returned in original/sealed condition unless confirmed faulty. Restocking charge of 90p will be applied on any item which is returned for any other reason apart from being faulty.
We cover your order while in transit. Hence if it is damaged in transit or dead on arrival then please get in touch with us, via Contact Seller link on item page.
Lost In post
All orders are sent out via business secure post. We will seek to get royal mail to trace down all reported packages and upon their report we would be able to send out a replacement or refund for any genuine claims. Any false claims will come to light and will be reported to ebay.
