Dispatch

We will dispatch your orders within 24-48 hours. This is as stated on ebay listing for all orders. This is under our control and hence you are rest assured.

 

Please note that the item maybe shipped from our Jersey/Guernsey warehouse or from our Euro warehouse. Shipping/delivery times will not be effected in either case. Shipping charge will be displayed separately on any invoice or dispatch note, even in case of FREE SHIPPING option, however the total you pay on ebay will not change or differ.

 

Delivery

All items sent out via 1st Class Post or 2nd Class Post based on your selection from our Guernsey warehouse or Euro warehouse and can take upto 3-5 working days for delivery. If it is not delivered in this time frame then please contact us immediately and confirm your delivery address. We will then be able to have your package traced via Royal Mail. Delivery time is not under our control and we are at mercy of Royal Mail for this. Delivery outside of UK to Europe can take upto 15-20 working days to deliver. Lost In post

All orders are sent out via business secure post. We will seek to get royal mail to trace down all reported packages and upon their report we would be able to send out a replacement or refund for any genuine claims. Any false non-delivery claims will be reported to ebay.
