Q. How will products be delivered?
A. All products will be delivered via either Nightfreight, Fastway or Royal Mail courier services to your specified delivery address. Items will be securely and safely packaged to ensure items are not damaged during transit.
Q. How long will it take to receive my purchase?
A. All items you see on this site are stock items and can generally be organised and dispatched on the day that the order is received and goods will be delivered the following day before 5pm. If order is placed on a weekend then we will not be able to process until Monday for Tuesday delivery.
Q. How do I get my tyre only order fitted?
A. If you take your delivered tyres to your local independent tyre fitter then they will fit these for you at a cost that generally varies between £7 and £15 each. We have done a great deal of research and we are confident that you will still find it cheaper to do this than buy your tyres ‘over the counter’.
Q. How do I fit my wheel and tyre package?
A. Wheels and tyres will be sent out as a fully fitted product, this includes mounting of tyre, valve, inflation and balancing. We will also fit spigot rings if required and supply the nuts/bolts so that you simply have to jack each corner of the car up in turn and swap wheel over. If you are unsure about this then any garage will do this for a minimal charge.
Q. I’m based in Hull will you fit my order for me?
A. All prices on the Tyremen website have been kept at an extremely competitive level. We would not be able to maintain such prices if were to offer an extra fitting service. We are therefore unable to fit any internet orders at any of our depots.
Q. Can your Internet prices be offered at your depots?
A. Unfortunately all prices on this site are ‘Internet only’ and can not be offered in-store.
Q. How do I know that my chosen product will fit my vehicle?
A. All recommendations are made via up to date manufacturer’s specifications and then each order is visually checked by our wheel experts that have over 30 years of experience in fitting wheels and tyres. Details of vehicle specifications can be found on our fitment guide, alternatively feel free to contact us to discuss fitment needs further. If you encounter any problems then our team are on hand 6 days a week to resolve problems as efficiently as possible.
Q. Why can’t I find my car listed on your fitment guide?
A. We have tried to cover as many car makes and models as possible, if you can’t find what your looking for please contact us and we will advise you further.
Q. What is your refund and exchange policy?
A. Your total satisfaction is of up most importance to us at Tyremen. If for any reason goods received are damaged or defective in terms of appearance or fitment we will offer a full exchange or refund if returned to us within 7 days. Read our Terms for more information.
Q. What guarantee do your wheels have?
A. CMS offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on the finish of their wheels. |
