Thank you for shopping in TwoKbs! To better understand the delivery process, please have a look below

1. Your order will be shipped out within 2 working days after payment is completed. It may take few more days if item is temporarily out and may not provide prior notice
2. We will mark item being shipped after handling to postal office so that you will know when item being sent out
3. After that, postal office deliver item to customer's paypal address within an estimated delivery time (stated in below table)

Important notes:

• Postal delivery may take longer time then expected as there may be customs delay, high volume of parcel during peak season and special incidents in destination country such as strike, flooding or heavy snowfall
• As a seller, we cannot control the delivery speed of postal service.
• We only ship to your paypl verified address and may refuse to send to other address. Customer must make sure their paypal address is updated and correct. If wrong address is provided, we will only reship or full refund less shipping and ebay fee after item is being returned. If item is lost during return, we will not full refund or reship item
• Not all items have tracking number. We only ship item with tracking number if its value is over 30 usd. Customer can consider to pay extra 2.5 usd to upgrade to tracked airmail
• Tracked airmail may not provide detailed tracking service. It depends on destination postal service. Only express delivery service can provide detailed tracking service
• We reserve the right to not to ship to some countries
