We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This means that for the 30 days following your purchase of any item(s) from Trueshopping you can return or exchange your item(s), provided they are unused and in their original packaging. View our full returns policy here.

Returns

If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving the delivery you should do the following:

• Telephone customer services on 0844 417 2559 and inform them that you wish to return the item(s)
• In the event of damaged goods we shall arrange for a carrier to collect the items from you and return them to us (at no cost to yourself)
• In all other circumstances you shall be responsible for return postage/courier charges

Please note:
1. Trueshopping cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods so we recommend you get a certificate of posting from the Post Office or Courier.

2. If, for any reason, you aren’t happy with your purchase please let us know within 30 days. We will refund unused item(s) that are received in re-saleable condition however, you will need to pay for the return carriage.

If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £100) which will be notified at the time of cancellation.
