Package Deliveries

Trueshopping use FedEx UK Next Working Day Available for orders up to 30kg FedEx UK deliver between 9am and 5pm the following working day.

If no one is available to sign for the item, FedEx UK will attempt to deliver on two further dates before returning the item to our warehouse (a card will be put through the door asking for you to phone up the local depot to arrange a convenient delivery date).

Alternatively, the item can be picked up from one of their many depots in the UK and Ireland

Pallet Deliveries

The lead time for pallet deliveries is 3 - 5 working days. Our courier company will contact you prior to delivering your goods to agree a time that is convenient for you. Someone will need to be at the address at the time the delivery is made, the driver will help unload the goods, but they will not assist with breaking down the pallet or taking this into your home

Royal Mail First Class

Available for orders weighing up to 1kg
Royal Mail aim for next working day delivery with this service (including Saturdays) but they do not guarantee it, so please allow up to 5 working days.
