Placing an order with Towzatronics
By placing an order with us, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. By completing and submitting an order you are making an offer to purchase goods, which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Any offer to purchase made by the customer will be deemed accepted by Towzatronics once the goods or services have been dispatched to the customer.

Customers right to cancel (cooling off period)
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, orders can be cancelled by the customer up to 14 working days after the order has been placed & have any monies paid refunded in full. Customers must notify Towzatronics by either email or Ebay messages if they wish to have their order cancelled within 14 working days of the order being placed. If goods have already been dispatched, the customer will have to return the item(s) to Towzatronics at their own expense. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition & in the original packaging & within 14 days of cancellation. Any payment made for the goods by the customer will be refunded once we have received the item(s) back to our premises.

Collection in person
Cash or Credit/Debit card is accepted on collection of goods. Prior arrangement is required as we are primarily a mobile service and are not always on the premises.

Order shortages & carrier damage
Please Contact Us by email, Ebay messages or over the phone on 0115 8370245 within 5 days of receipt to inform of any shortages or damage to your delivery. We regret that beyond this time we may be unable to process your claim. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns, exchanges & refunds
We will accept most items for return. (Custom made items and cut to length cable are non refundable) Unless the fault is ours we cannot refund postage charges. Exchanges may be subject to additional delivery charges at our discretion. Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition & in the original packaging. If the error is ours, returned items will be exchanged/refunded in full.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Responsibility for fitment & liability
It is most important that any person carrying out fitting work should be competent in the task they are undertaking. The fitting of some items may necessitate the modification or removal of other parts.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all items are fitted correctly & that all safety measures have been taken.
If you are in any doubt please consult a professional auto electrician.

All instances of fraud & deception against Towzatronics & all information relating to such instances are sent directly to the police & our banks fraud investigation department.
Any information we obtain relating to the identity of persons committing fraudulent acts against us will be sent to a third party who will seek recompense for our goods & associated costs.
