Who leaves feedback first?
This is similar to the age old Chicken or the egg question!
Feedback is optional and doesn't have to be left by either buyer or seller. It should be left at the end of a transaction and not just after payment is received.
Yes, you've paid and we thank you for that, but we want you want to receive your purchase quickly, as described and undamaged or lost by Royal Mail.
Towzatronics would rather try to offer excellent customer service than spending hours leaving feedback. We have reluctantly switched over to an automated process which leaves positive feedback in response to positive feedback being left for us.
A buyer leaving positive feedback first indicates that they have received everything in good order and are happy with the transaction.
We have received a few neutral and negative feedback over the years although we continue to retain 100% feedback due to the 1000's of positives we have also received. All of the non-positive comments have been left with no prior communication.
It doesn't matter to us if an item is 99p or £99.00. If you're not happy with any aspect of any transaction then please let us know, as we believe there is no problem that can't be resolved.
Please don't leave a non-positive without contacting us first.
