When you purchase an item you are entering a legally binding contract. You are expected to pay all sums due within fourteen days of purchase; any items unpaid after fourteen days will be reported to Ebay and after twenty one days negative feedback will be left.
Delivery for small items is by Royal Mail second class. A signature is required for all deliveries. Larger items are sent by APC Overnight. It is your responsibility to inspect the goods delivered for damage before signing for them. You should refuse delivery if the goods can be seen to be damaged. In these circumstances please inform us as soon as possible so that we can dispatch a new item.
We aim to dispatch all goods within two working days of receiving an order. We strive to keep all items on stock but problems do occur either when we receive orders that are a lot greater than expected or when suppliers run out. We aim to replenish stocks of items that we run out of within one week of running out. We do keep over 8000 parts on stock with over 1200 different items.
Delivery for most postal addresses will normally be two days following dispatch.
You will receive a message through ebay stating that it has been dispatched and informing you of your tracking details.
Delivery to non-mainland or remote areas may take longer and there will be an additional cost.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within two working days, not including weekends or bank holidays, we will contact you by e-mail (or by other means if provided) and advise you of the expected date of dispatch. You will be offered a full refund or you can choose to wait for the later delivery.
Please note we will only deliver to the address provided on ebay unless you send a message through ebay specifying the alternative address.
We can offer a pre booked later delivery up to 8pm or a Saturday delivery at extra cost. Alternatively you will be able to collect from your local APC or Royal Mail depot.
If goods are returned to us due to not being able to deliver we will immediately refund you for your goods but we will retain your postage costs.
If goods ordered have not been delivered to you within 14 days of the dispatch date given to you, you must notify us of this. If you do not notify us, then we will not accept any liability for the loss of the goods.
If the goods delivered to you are damaged, you must inform us of this within 48 hours of the delivery date. We will then arrange for the goods to be collected and inspected. Following inspection, providing the damage has not been caused by neglect or misuse, we will replace or repair damaged goods at our own expense.
If the goods returned as damaged are found to be in perfect condition and proper working order, they will be returned to you, and the cost of carriage and our return costs will be charged to you.
You must notify us if items are missing from your order within 48 hours. Please note, there are times we will send large orders with an item missing if they are out of stock. You will be informed of this and we will send the missing items when received at our cost.
Not every item is compatible with every trailer or caravan. We may not be aware of this but try to state all the uses the item is fit for and instances that they can not be used or will not fit. We do not know every item on the market so we may not know the trailer or caravan you are fitting the item to. We do update / alter listings if and when we find out more information.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to find out if an item is compatible. If you purchase an item and it does not fit, you can return or you can arrange for us to get the item collected. We will refund you the price of the item excluding the delivery and return postage costs.
If you ask a question in writing i.e. ebay messages and we do state it definitely does fit and it does not then you will be eligible for a refund including the postage costs.
