1. What's your return policy?

We hope you LOVE your new shoes! However, if it turns out that there not suitable for whatever reason, you can return them to us within 28 days for a full refund. We just ask that you return them in the same condition you received them in, and in their original packaging. We recommend you return via Royal Mail either Recorded or Special delivery service, in case you need to track it with the courier. If you've misplaced your invoice, then please include a covering letter with your name and address, your order number, the reason for returning the item. If the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, we will be able to offer a refund for the product and your shipping fee. If you believe you have been sent the incorrect item, please double check the full details of the listing, including the UK size before returning the item to us. We are only able to reimburse the shipping fee where the item is faulty or if we have sent the wrong item. We would like to apologies, but we are unable to receive used goods which are unsuitable or don't fit. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights.

2. How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, well send you an email to let you know. If you require your tracking number, please forward us an email. Some email accounts will junk any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add ebay@towerboots.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you!

3. Will I have to pay duty or custom charges if I live outside the EU?

Import duty, custom charges and delivery surcharges may apply if your delivery country is outside of the EU. The courier will contact you directly prior to delivery if charges apply to your order. Check with your local or national Tax or Customs office for further details.

4. What size should I order?

We stock LOTS of different brands and just like clothing they sometimes vary in their sizing. We stock footwear from all over the world but all of our shoes are listed in UK sizes. To check the UK size against US and EU sizing, check our Size Conversion Chart for guidance. If you receive the shoes and they're not an ideal fit, don't worry! You can return them unused and receive an exchange or refund.

5. Where's my order?

6. Do you have the shoes I like in a different color or size?

Everything we have available is on our website. If you can't find it by checking the BRANDS section, or by using Search, then unfortunately, this will mean we don't have it! Sorry! The good news is we get new styles and brands all the time. So sign up for our newsletter and be the first to get your hands on our new styles!

7. What materials are these shoes made of?

Each of our listings will state information on the upper materials, are Leather, Suede, Nubuck, Fabric or Synthetic. Leather, Suede & Nubuck are natural materials.

8. What method of payment do you accept?

We accept PAYPAL because it's fast, easy and the most secure form of payment on eBay.

We will send you an email regarding payment for your shoes. Please follow the simple steps in our secure checkout:

• Review the items that are in your checkout.
• Complete your shipping details in full.
• Complete your payment details in full.
• Make sure you don't forget to press the Place order and complete checkout button.

If you do not follow the checkout advice, there may be a delay in processing your order, so you may have to wait for your new shoes!

We accept Postal Orders. All must me be made out to Tower Boots London Ltd.

Please note: It's buyers responsibility to buy the correct size/colour.

Computer monitors vary in their reproduction of colour. Colour you'll see on the screen depends also on your screen settings.

Tower Boots do our best to provide you with best possible pictures of the product, but the colour you see on your screen may be slightly different from the real colour. While describing colour, Tower Boots follow manufacturers description.
