I aim to list my products as accurately as possible and I check each
item thoroughly before dispatching; I want all of my customers to be
happy with their purchase.
However, I fully understand that different garments fit individuals in
different ways, some styles suit and others dont, so I offer a full no
quibble returns service - quick and easy!
Please notify me within 7 days of your wish to return your purchase for a
refund. Notification after seven days will not quality for a refund.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any “Buy It Now” item
purchased from tots2tops, simply request a return using eBay's return
facilty. This can be found alongside the item in My eBay > Won >
Actions (On the right handside).
You will be provided with returns instructions and my returns address,
and it will allow me to process your refund without any delay. All
Refunds are issued within 2 working days of receipt.
IMPORTANT: I ask that items all returns are
in their original fully tagged and unworn condition Items that smell of
smoke, perfume, cosmetics or have been damaged as a result of wearing
them will not be eligible for any sort of return exchange or refund.Please check your garment before wearing as once item has been worn and washed no refund will be given.
Returns, which do not meet these criteria, will not be refunded and will
be returned to sender.
FOR FAULTY ITEMS:
I take great care and attention to check all items before I pack and
dispatch .
I apologise in advance if you have unfortunately
received a faulty item. You are of course welcome to return it for a
full refund and verification of the item fault. within 30days of purchase.
I would like to apologies for any inconvenience caused as a result of
receipt of a faulty item - the quality of all my items is excellent and I
avoid selling cheap badly manufactured items.
In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item, please
contact me immediatel with the problem and I will try my best to rectify
it for you as quickly as possible. Please ensure the details of the
item are included to make the process faster.Please send returning item 2nd class recorded delivery, any cost to you will also be refunded based on 2nd class recorded cost.
I offer a no quibble full replacement or refund against faulty items on
receipt and verification of the faulty item.
