Each item has its own unique tracking number, which is available if requested, in the unlikely event of your item not arriving or lost, then only once 14working days has passed, i can issue a full refund, then start the proceedings of a claim through royal-mail, please note that this is 14 WORKINGS DAY & NOT 2 WEEKS. The reason for this, is that royal mail do not class this as being lost until the 14 working days has lapsed, then only can a claim be made, even tho items are sent out 1st class recorded delivery and should arrive within 1-2days.
