How to Pay? Contact to be made within 3 days and payment within 7 unless by prior agreement. We prefer credit/debit card payments and also accept cheques, postal orders and PayPal. PayPal only for international orders.
Postage and Delivery? We ship out all orders within 1 working day (we cannot post on weekends, bank holidays or whenever the post office is closed!). We use Royal Mail 1st Class to ensure you always get your item quickly. International items sent by Airmail. Postage discounts are automatically calculated on multiple purchases. Just email us to request a combined invoice if unsure.
Our No Quibbles Returns Policy. If your item is faulty or incorrect we offer a replacement at no cost to you. Just return and we will send out replacement if possible or a full refund including postage costs. If you wish to return for other reasons you may do so for a refund minus postage costs within 14 days.
