WHAT WE SELL

• All of our items are genuine.
• We purchase our stock from UK Wholesalers and the products are ex-catalogue and high street clearance. We do not buy from abroad or through the internet.
• If you are a brand owner and have any concerns about the stock please contact us for proof of purchase and authenticity.

HOW WE SELL

• We only sell through legitimate eBay channels.
• All items are guaranteed or your money back.
• We request payment within 5 days - All non-payers will be reported in order to refund our costs.

POST + PACKING

• We will only charge the necessary amount to cover our costs. If you feel the cost is too high then don't bid!
• We are happy to negotiate different terms on postage - ie 2nd class, recorded or special delivery. Contact us through ask seller question and we will do what we can to help.
• International buyers please contact for prices.

RETURNS

• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us. We will then arrange for you to return the item.
• All returns must be in the original condition complete with bags, tags etc. We reserve the right to refuse refund if the item is returned in an unsaleable condition.
• Items are returned at the buyers cost and P+P costs are non refudable unless we have made an error with your purchase or the item is found to have a manfacturing fault.
• Please include your details with returned items - Ebay ID is sufficient.
