Shipping Policy
- Items will be despatched on the same day if payment cleared by 3pm or next working day following cleared payment
- Heavy items will be delivered via courier, unless local,therefore, there must be someone available to accept the item or it will be taken to the nearest depot
- A telephone number must be given for courier purpose only
Returns Policy
- Actual Images of item are shown
- If an incorrect item is received then we should be advised within 2 days of delivery
- Faulty products can be returned free of charge if within 7 days
- If the products is not faulty, but, is to be returned, then the buyer is liable for return postage
- If a faulty product returned is found to be not faulty then the product will be returned at the buyers expense
- If item is out of stock a refund can be issued or the item sent when back in stock

Solent products has been serving the Trade and the DIY person now for nearly 30 years.
We are a family run business that used to be in Moordown, Bournemouth but have since moved to larger premises in West moors, Dorset, about 9 miles North of Bournemouth.
We specialise in Supplying Air Tools, Fixings & Fastenings plus Garden Products/ Furniture. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service with a fast delivery service.
All items that are in stock are delivered within 2 days, normally despatched same or next day for next day delivery.
