as described, works as it should with genuine charger would recommend great laptop for on the go with 2 battery's, windows 10 was freshly installed with most windows updates and all drivers from windows update, some drivers where running on windows generic and 1 was missing because windows didn't recognise it, all drivers are on panasonic's website, over all pretty good and lowest price i've seen on ebay for this model
