Our preferred method of accepting payment is via PayPal. We also accept payment by credit and debit cards, personal cheques or postal orders. Please post cheques or postal orders to:

Please provide us with your postal address, order number and item description with your cheque.
We are a VAT registered company and will issue a VAT receipt upon request.
Delivery Times
Items will be dispatched as soon as we have received cleared funds. Goods paid for by PayPal are usually dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders paid for by cheque will be dispatched when the funds have cleared, which is usually up to 5 working days. Please note, payment by PayPal 'eCheque' is subject to the same terms as payment by any other cheque and will be subject to clearance times.
Returns
Most Buy It Now purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within seven working days after the day you receive the item. Find out more about your rights as a buyer and exceptions.
Postage and Packing Charges
All postage and packing charges are specific to each item and are clearly shown in the listing. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
