Making a Purchase

All titles, pictures and description of item are deemed correct at time of listing, it is your responsibility to ensure you read and understand what you are buying. Unit of sale and the size of item are clearly displayed on all listings.

At the time of listing all quantities are correct but please bear in mind it is very difficult to keep between 400-600 listings bang up to date but we make every effort to do so. We have to deal with bid retractions plus buyers who change their mind and request to change quantity, colour or even style of item after making their purchases, of course we do accommodate these requests but if you have purchased an item before we have had chance to update the quantity you will be notified of the delay in dispatch whilst we arrange new stock. If this is not acceptable we will of course refund your account immediately.

We have tried to give accurate sizes, specifications and colour representations but all are approximate. Colours particularly will vary depending on your monitor resolution.

All prices include VAT.

We accept PayPal, BACS, UK Uncrossed Postal Orders for orders under £9.99 and UK cheques for orders over £9.99

Delivery

ARE WE POSTING TO CORRECT ADDRESS?

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure you have the correct address on file with eBay as this is the address we send to.

STANDARD 1st CLASS DELIVERY - This method is by Royal Mail 1st class mail (including recorded delivery service) - although 95% of RM items arrive within 1-3 Business Days it is not a guaranteed service. It is extremely rare but you need to be aware that it can actually take up to 14 days to arrive by 1st class mail. Some of our items are too large for your letterbox - if you're not in when the postman calls your item will be returned to the sorting office or check with your neighbour.

If you require a next day guaranteed fully traceable delivery you must request this service before checking out.

Please check all goods on arrival. Claims for shortages and damages must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds or Replacement

If you are unhappy with any item, you may return it in its original condition, at your expense, for a refund of the retail price or an alternative replacement. Please contact us before using eBay’s return process if you require a replacement item as it is only applicable to refunds. The postal charges are non refundable unless item is faulty or wrong goods have been sent and senders details/eBay ID MUST be included with the returns.

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. tie-back-and-trim is not responsible for returned items that fail to arrive at our premises. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your refund.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
