Q: Is it really The Works Stores?
A: Yes, it's really us. We are the High Street store you know and love, now on eBay!

Q: Am I buying a second-hand product?
A: Our product is all new but always great value nevertheless...

Q: How does delivery work?
A: Delivery through our eBay store is just like getting something delivered from our website. If the product is in stock we aim that you will receive your order within 5-7 days.

Q: How can I pay?
A: On our eBay store you can pay with PayPal. If you would like to pay for a product using your debit or credit card we recommend ordering through http://www.theworks.co.uk.

Q: Will I receive confirmation of my order?
A: Once you have purchased your product you will receive a confirmation email from eBay and a confirmation email from PayPal when we have received your payment.

Q: What if I have a problem with my order?
A: If you have a problem purchasing something through our eBay store you can contact us via email on: ebay@theworks.co.uk. You can also use the regular eBay message centre or click the "Ask a question" button at the bottom of all eBay listings and we'll do our best to help.
