Faulty Goods
All goods are new unless stated otherwise. Any item found to be damaged or faulty when received must be returned to us WITHIN 7 DAYS of receipt. Please contact us through eBay communications and we will arrange a collection or send you shipping labels. We will refund delivery costs if the goods are faulty but for all other returns we cannot refund delivery costs

Non-Faulty Goods
We offer a credit or refund for goods that were wrongly ordered or ordered in error. All that we ask is that these items are returned to us in the original packing and in a saleable condition WITHIN 30 DAYS of receipt. Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse the P & P or carriage. This does not of course affect your statutory rights.
