The Welly Shop started life in 2002 on the country show circuit in the UK providing top quality, reasonably priced hand made rubber footwear to show goers from Hunter Boots and Le Chameau.

From those early beginnings in Ross-on-Wye, the business has grown in size considerably serving several thousand customers every year. We added a mail order and web-based business to provide customers with year round service and launched a web-based ordering facility for customers.

We moved the business from a rural property in Ross-on-Wye to a purpose built warehouse facility in Burton-on-Trent in 2010 to enable us to increase the product range and provide better service levels through increased access to the courier network.
