Delivery Information

We deliver to all valid UK post codes which includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles and the Scottish Highlands.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL ONLY DELIVER ITEMS TO THE REGISTERED BILLING ADDRESS WHICH A CUSTOMER HAS AGAINST HIS/HER PAYMENT CARD AND SHOULD MATCH THE BILLING ADDRESS WHICH IS HELD ON FILE BY PAYPAL UK. WE WILL NOT DELIVER TO ALTERNATIVE DESTINATIONS.

Delivery of to the UK Mainland is FREE and even includes packaging, insurance, and registered delivery.

Most handsets are delivered on the next working day (Please check the listing for full details). Please note that payment must be received and cleared by 4pm to qualify for next working day delivery. Any orders received after 4pm will be processed on the following working day and therefore delivered in 2 working days. Any orders received on Friday after 4pm or the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

We only deliver to UK BFPO addresses.

Returns and Repairs

We make every effort to ensure our product details are accurate and our products of the highest quality. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we will offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

Refunds are issued once a unit has been safely returned to our depot complete with all packaging and contents. To return an item for refund please contact us within 7 days at vodafonesupport@channeladvisor.com to notify us of your intent to return the item. We will then provide full instructions of the returns process. Please include your eBay item number and buyer User ID in all correspondence.

We will pay for the return of faulty goods but, in the case of unwanted items, the carriage cost for these returns will be met by the purchaser and a refund will only be given upon the safe undamaged receipt at our depot. Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them and should be in the same condition as when they were supplied.

If you return an item of high value, we strongly recommend that you use one of the Royal Mail's premium services. This does not affect your statutory rights.
