Unfortunately your delivery company’s driver choose to step over my garden wall were I have bulbs growing instead of using the driveway, not ring the doorbell (and I was in) and leave the parcel hanging out the letterbox at 7:52pm and not put it all the way through therefore indicating that the house could be empty (which it wasn’t), I only knew the parcel was there when I received a email from you later that night telling me my parcel had been delivered.
