Postage
All items are posted out within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment by First Class Royal Mail. We post Monday to Friday.
Domestic items are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Courier, depending on size and weight.

Combined P&P available if you buy more than one item from us. Please request an invoice before you pay and we will adjust P&P costs.

International items are sent by airmail.

Please note, Royal Mail don't class items lost until 15 days have passed.

Payment
We accept PayPal. Please pay within 5 days of purchase.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt purchase.

If items arrive damaged a full refund (including all postage) will be given once item arrives back with us.
Returns for other reasons will be accepted for a refund (minus postage costs) once the item is returned unused and in the same condition it was sent.
Please email before returning goods stating item number and reasons for return
Recorded mail or other traceable means is required on returned items in order for refunds to be processed
