Any purchase from theslotoutlet deems that you accept these terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment in Pounds Sterling GBP only. Payment required within 7 days of purchase.

Payment Methods

We only accept Paypal, credit card or cheque

(cheques from UK accounts only and take one week from receipt to clear)

We do not accept bank transfers

Shipping

We aim to get your parcel to you asap and generally ship within  a day or two of receiving payment - slightly longer during busy times.

we do not send an email when item is despatched - only when payment is received

if you have not received the item within  a week (longer for overseas) please check with local sorting office in case they have tried delivering while you were out

Packaging & Postal Charges

We pack our items extremely well - check the feedback comments.

We are not responsible for Post Office manhandling!

Our shipping charges are costed on all factors including packaging materials and wages for our packers as well as post office charges

We offer a realistic discount on bulk purchases - we do not subsidise our shipping charges

we sell our cars at fair prices and give a clear indication of our postal charges on each item description

Please only bid on our items if you agree with our shipping charges

Compensation & Insurance

If you do not choose to pay extra for insurance, your parcel will only be covered by Royal Mail compensation scheme up to £34.

We always offer an insured, signed for and trackable service for an extra fee.

We are not responsible for loss or damage for uninsured parcels.

All parcels over £50 require insurance -

£2 for UK parcels

£5.50 for overseas parcels

Condition of goods 

 All goods on our auctions and in our shop are new (unless otherwise stated) and as supplied by the manufacturer or manufacturers wholesaler .

We are not responsible for faults/blemishes that are the result of manufacturing processes.

Stock availability

All items listed are in our current stock.  Due to high turnover of cars, occasionally an error arises and the car won cannot be supplied. In this event, we always offer an alternative or a  refund. _________________________________________________________________________________

Returns & Refunds

In the unlikely event that you have a problem with an item from theslotoutlet, please email us within 7 days with the details and photos if they are relevant. 

We do not accept returns except by prior arrangement.  If an returned item is found to be not faulty or has been abused and crash damaged, we will not replace or refund the item. 

Faulty items are returned to manufacturer/supplier before we replace them.

Faulty items are returned to us at buyers expense.

If you receive an incorrect item, we will pay for return postage.

Delivery addresses

We only ship to the address on paypal/ebay invoice. 

 If you supply a wrong address, you are responsible for any costs involved in return of item.

Collections 

We have a shop in Sidcup where you can collect items won on ebay by prior arrangement.

We can only hold bulk purchases for collection for up to fourteen days -

after that we cannot guarantee items will still be available _________________________________________________________________________________

Feedback 

Positive Feedback is automatically left on receipt of positive feedback for paid items.

Please contact us before you  leave a negative to see if we can resolve the problem

We always leave a negative feedback for non paying buyers _________________________________________________________________________________

Non Payment

Please only bid if you agree with our tems and conditions - if an item is not paid for, we will report the bidder to ebay and leave a non paying bidder strike.
