General Policies

1. Please remember Ebay is a is just a service provider, they do not run our store, we do.

2. All policies are for both sellers and buyers safety.

3. All sales are binding contracts, as per any legal contract you are responsible to read the small print.

Sale Policies

1. We are primarily a vintage collectables toy store hence most of the items found here are second hand, brand new items will be stated as such.

2. If items are NOT shown with a box and there is NO mention of a box then generally there is NOT one, the same with instructions.

3. Many items sold are made up into sets by ourselves, they may NOT be 100% correct as if purchased new.

4. We DO try to give as much info as possible, But if you are ever unsure of something always ask, NEVER presume.

5. Unlike some sellers we always supply excellent large photo's, what you see in them is generally what you get, unless stated otherwise in sale.

Purchasing Policies

1. We expect buyer to make payment within in 7 days of purchasing.

2. We generally place Non-paying bidders reports as soon as is possible for late payers, which will result in strikes being placed against buyers, three strikes and your account is removed from Ebay.

3. Sorry but we will no longer cancel sales for anyone, this is due to an excessive amount of our time being wasted, please understand we get dozens of people asking this every month.

4. If buyers are wishing to wait for a second or third purchase, please inform us, but generally we DO NOT like buyers waiting on items outside 7 Days of original purchase.

(Buyers in Germany please note due to a Translation problem within the Ebay system it may tell you we accept International bank transfer, we DO NOT!)

Shipping Options

All Items will be Shipped within 3 working days of purchase. Mail is generally collected by Royal Mail on Tuesday and Friday Mornings.

Within the United Kingdom.

1. All items are sent 1st Class recorded delivery.

Outside the United Kingdom.

1. All item sent via International Airmail unless Stated Otherwise.

(International Airmail is Not Trackable online, if you require online tracking there is an EXTRA CHARGE.)

Return Policies

1. You must Inform us of your Wish to Return within 7 Days of Receiving your Goods.
2. Payment will be Refunded once we have received the Items back in Store.
3. Payment will be Returned by Means it was Received.
4. We will NOT Refund Return Shipping Charges, that is the Buyers Responsibility.
