Will compatible inks work in my printer?

If your printer is listed as a model on any item page that you are viewing then you have selected the correct cartridge for your printer. You can also double-check the cartridge model number by looking at what's written on the top of any cartridges you already have installed in your printer. We guarantee that any cartridge purchased from us will work by backing it up with our Money Back Guarantee. Whilst problems with installation and the occasional defective item cannot be totally eradicated, you can purchase from us safe in the knowledge that your purchase will not cost you a penny in the unlikely event that it doesn't work as expected. Epson printers in particular try to make the use of compatible inks difficult for their customers but if you follow some simple installation guidelines and reset your printer where necessary you should have no problems at all making the switch to compatible inks

I can't find my cartridge or toner in your store - do you stock it?

We currently carry all items that we sell in stock and cover most of the best-selling cartridges and toners available today. If you cannot find the product that you are looking for in our eBay store please contact us and in most circumstances we will be able to supply your item within a couple of working days at a very reasonable price.

There is more than one option listed for my printer, which one should I choose?

For some items we have created more than one eBay listing. When searching on eBay this is not immediately obvious but once you are in our store you may see the same item listed more than once with slight variations in the title. This is because different customers search for their product in different ways and we like to try and cater for as many people as possible. In all cases we give the product's full correct name within the item description and if your printer model is listed in the product description you can rest-assured that you have found the correct product for your printer

Can I choose any colours that I want?

If you are choosing one of our popular multi-packs of ink cartridges you can choose any combination of colours that you require at no extra cost. For instance, if you choose a standard 6 pack of Epson compatible cartridges, but do not require any black or cyan cartridges we can customise your order by replacing the unwanted colours with two different colours. Ordering your cartridges this way normally works out cheaper than purchasing individual colours one item at a time. To customise your order you just need to inform us of your requirements after placing your order, and before delivery is made at 3pm. You can do so by calling or emailing us, by contacting us through eBay or by placing a note on the order during the Paypal checkout process

What does Cyan and Magenta mean?

Cyan is effectively the colour Blue and Magenta the colour Red. Most of our items are listed both as Magenta/Cyan and Red/Blue for convenience.

Do you sell actual print heads?

Inspite of our name, we do not currently sell print heads or any other printer spare parts or accessories. If you are having difficult locating a particular replacement part for your printer please do contact us and we may be able to help.
