Q - How do I pay?
A - For speed and simplicity we only accept payment through PayPal.

Q – Can I send you a cheque?
A – Sorry, we cannot accept any payment method other than paypal, including cheques.

Q – How will my order be sent?
A – Depending on your purchase, orders may be dispatched in more than one parcel. This is to reduce postage costs and ensures you get the best possible price.

Q - Who will deliver my order?
A- Delivery will be made by Royal Mail for items up to 2kg in weight. Orders over 2kg may be sent using Parcelforce Worldwide, or DHL.

 Q - How long will it take?
A - Most items will be despatched the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. Orders usually take between 2 to 5 working days after dispatch to be delivered.

Q - Do you deliver outside the UK?
A – We are able to dispatch small items up to 2kg to mainland Europe and Republic of Ireland. This is only available to listings where you can select this option under the postage section. It is your responsibility to select the correct postage option for your delivery address.

Q- How long do I have to return my product?
A - Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via ebays automated system.

Except for damaged items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund

This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.

Q - Can I collect an item from one of your warehouses?
A - Our premises are not able to refund or assist with purchases but our dedicated service team will be able to help with any queries and can be contacted through the ebay messaging system.
