 | A: No, (Unless requested to do so) as most mugs are sent as presents/ gifts I do not enclose a packing slip or details of cost etc. |

 | A: Yes. AS WELL AS the P&P discount I also give discounts on Multiple purchases (4 or more). Just use the Buy It Now button on the mugs that you want and wait for me to send you a revised ebay invoice. you won't be dissapointed. |
 | Q: Do you use the cheap Inferior 11oz mugs from Asia that most other sellers use? |

 | A: No. Never, I always use best quality 'A' grade 10oz european mugs that are sourced within the EEC with straight sides and a bright white finish. They cost more but the end result is clearly worth it. |

 | Q: Will you print 'Anything'? on a mug? |

 | A: Yes. as long as it contravenes no laws or regulations and you take full responsibility for it's content. |
 | Q: What happens if my mug gets broken in the Post? |
 |
 | A: Just send a few photos of the packaging & broken mug/s and I will help you in your claim to the Royal Mail. if you need an immediate replacement you will have to send me the P&P for the mug/s & i'll send a replacement/s. I then will make a RM claim & when this has been paid I will refund you the resend P&P that you have paid. |
