Returns will be accepted up to 21 days from day of receipt(except for earrings and other body piercing items - see note below), providing the customer returns the goods undamaged and unworn (except to try on) with the security label still attached, and as originally delivered, complete with all boxes, labels, documents and packaging etc. In the event of the item being faulty or damaged the customer must return the goods as above along with a written description of the claimed fault. Items received faulty or damaged must be notified to us by eBay messages within 24 hours of receipt, if not, then any possible refund or replacement will be at our discretion. All refunds will be refunded through your original payment route In all return cases the buyer needs to contact The Jewel Den to get a return number and to arrange for the item to be received before being posted back to us. The buyer will be responsible for their own return postage risks and costs. Proof of posting is not accepted as proof of delivery and we strongly recommend using signed for postage compensation for your method of return. UK Buyers please note: Royal Mail Recorded Delivery does not provide compensation for jewellery items. Our obligations are to Original purchaser only and do not cover items resold. ---- Although our Items are all heavily discounted we offer the following warranty; If your Jewel Den product is found to be defective in material or workmanship within 3 months from the original purchase date, we will repair or replace it at our option. In the case where a repair or replacement is not possible we will refund the original purchase price less any amount deemed necessary for fair wear and tear. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser, only for new products purchased using eBay; This warranty does not cover items that are defective due to a lack of proper or reasonable care been taken by the user or fair wear & tear. To obtain service under this warranty the purchaser must: A) Retain proof of purchase documents/product receipt. You will be requested to provide proof of purchase in order to receive service under this warranty. B) by eBay messages of any apparent defects within 2 working days their discovery. Loss of, or cracked diamonds and gemstones are not covered by this warranty. Do not send the item until you have contacted us and arranged for the item to be received. Get it fast items ordered before 2:00PM on a working day will normally be despatched the same day. Items ordered after 2:00PM will most likely be despatched the following working day. |
