Returns are accepted with 14 days of receipt.
Before returning an item you must contact us via the ebay message system so that we can inform you of the correct returns procedure.
When you contact us to request a return we will issue you with a unique returns reference number. We won't be able to process items returned without this number so it is vital you include it with the returned item.
You will also be informed of the address where the goods must be sent. This address will differ depending on the type of item you wish to return. Under no circumstances must goods be returned to our head office address.
You are encouraged to notify us when the return has been sent and to keep tracking information from the courier or mail service provider.
The buyer is responsible for the costs and safe return of any goods in a perfect, unused, unopened, undamaged and resaleable condition. Your postage costs will not be refunded.
