| A:Our customer services aim to reply to all queries through the ebay message system as soon as possible and the latest by the end of the day after the message was posted. |
| Q:Do you combine postage? |

| A:We offer a saving on P+P when more than one item is bought and is sent at the same time to the same address. The total P+P cost can be calculated by adding the highest P+P cost to ½ of the P+P cost for subsequent items. Don't make a payment for any item until you have finished bidding, Ebay will combine invoice. Items with FREE P+P are excluded. |
| Q:Can I collect or arrange my own collection? |

| A:We are a mail order company and do not have a retail premises; our distribution centre does not have the facilities for collections or third party pick-ups |
| Q:Can I pay by Credit Card? |

| A:All our credit/debit card transactions are handled online via Paypal, we do not have the facilities to take credit card payments over the phone. We accept Paypal, cheque or postal order. |
| Q:Do you ship to BFPO addresses or internationally? |

| A:We do not ship to BFPO addresses and only to the countries detailed within the shipping information of our auction. |
