Warranty
The Internet Bike Shop and all of its authorized dealers will warrant any product for 12 months on a return to base basis. A part that has failed due to a manufacturing defect will be replaced free of charge once you return the part to a dealer. Items not covered under our warranty include those damaged by misuse, neglect or a collision. Also parts which have a lifespan based on usage and are expected to be replaced during normal service are not covered. Examples of such parts include, but are not limited to tyres, tubes, brake shoes and pads, batteries, bulbs, filters, spark plugs, clutch components, drive chains and sprockets and certain seals and gaskets. Most vehicles as standard will be supplied with a 12 months parts only warranty, however at the time of sale you can upgrade to a labour warranty for as little as £10 per month (please check with your local dealer for payment terms & conditions). You can also take advantage of FREE roadside assistance cover through our recommended insurers, Rampdale Insurance on 0870 444 6125 (an insurance policy must be taken out with Rampdale to take advantage of this amazing offer). Our standard warranty does not include labour or transportation costs, so please bear this in mind when you make your purchase and be sure to take note of the additions that are available.
