- The Internet Bike Shop terms & conditions
- All sales are final, unless you decide to break the contract, in which case a 25% handling fee will be deducted from any refund due. You will be responsible for all transportation costs. (This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000).
- Warranty is parts only. 12 months on road legal motorcycles and scooters and 3 months on all off road items. A labour warranty can be supplied at extra cost, please check with your local dealer first to make sure they are able to offer this.
Parts excluded: Items which are service parts, those having a lifespan based on usage and expected to be replaced during normal service. Examples of such parts include, but are not limited to tyres, tubes, brake shoes and pads, batteries, cables, bulbs, filters, spark plugs, clutch components drive chains and sprockets and certain seals and gaskets.
- Parts are only warranted for damages deemed to have occurred through normal use of the item. All parts need to be returned for examination before any new part is sent out.
- Transportation costs are not covered by our warranty.
- Delivery charges are as shown. If you do not live on the UK mainland please check the delivery charge if applicable. Some Scottish postcodes also attract surcharges, please check before you buy.
- In the event of a particular model of vehicle being unavailable you will have the opportunity to wait till it is back in stock, choose an alternative product or receive a full refund.
- Payment methods can vary from dealer to dealer, please either check with your local dealer before clicking BUY IT NOW or continue on eBay and use PayPal.
- If payment is made by cheque, items will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared – you agree to allow 7 to 10 business days for clearance.
- Please note that delivery estimates given are not guaranteed, however all delivery dates are normally met. In the event of a delay in delivery you will be contacted.
- We cannot accept cancellations of a road legal vehicle that has already began the registration process with the DVLA.
- The warranty will be considered null and void if the item is altered from the original manufacture specification.
- The original receipt of purchase must be retained as it may be required at a later date. If this is not made available the warranty will be considered null and void and all parts and labour costs will be incurred by the customer.
- The warranty is for the purchaser only whom theinternetbikeshop.com supplied the item to. You cannot transfer this agreement to someone else without our prior written permission.
