If you purchase an on road scooter, motorcycle or quad from The Internet Bike Shop or any of its authorised dealers you can rest assured that it will arrive registered with the DVLA and with 12 months road tax.

We also take care of the small things. We will arrange for a holder to house your tax disc and a number plate to be fitted to your vehicle. Be very wary of other internet sellers that supply paperwork for you to register the vehicle yourself, this can be a lengthy and difficult process – do you really have the time to mess around with trips to your local DVLA office – thought not. Let our registration department and your local dealer take care of this for you.

All you need to provide your dealer with is an original valid insurance certificate, a photo copy of your licence (both parts if possible) and an original utility bill/bank statement dated within the last 3 months. You will have a current registration number, e.g. ‘07’ and will be the first registered keeper. We do not register the vehicles first, unless you specifically ask us to.
