DELIVERY

Your order will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 24hrs of receiving cleared payment.

We use Royal Mail’s services for the majority of items or another reputable Courier for larger / bulkier items.

Signed For / Special Delivery: For items that are sent via Royal Mails Recorded / Signed For or Special Delivery service,  a signature will required upon delivery ~ If no-one is in to accept delivery, or the item is too large for the letterbox the item will be taken back to your local Royal Mail Sorting Office. Your Postman should leave a "whilst you were out" card with details of how to re-arrange delivery or collect your package in person from your local sorting office depot.

Royal Mail will normally only hold the package for 7 days before returning the package to us. In this case, we can of course re-send the item to you but we will have to make a charge for the cost of re-delivery.

For International & Overseas customers, orders will be shipped via International Signed For service, this usually takes between 5-10 days for delivery, but in some cases may take 14-21 dependant on whether it has been held or delayed at Customs.

Please note: International Customers are responsible for any extra Import Duty/Taxes that may be applied to the package.

We want you to receive your order in tip-top condition so we always take great care in packaging products. We always try to use recyclable packaging as much as possible. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please notify us immediately (please retain all packaging).

Late or Missing Delivery

If you are concerned about a late delivery or have not received your order within a reasonable time, please check that you have not been left a "whilst you were out" card. Normally our customers receive their purchases within 2-5 working days, but please be aware that there may be delays during bad weather or busy periods ie: Christmas, Bank Holidays etc.

Royal Mail class the items as “lost” 15 working days after dispatch, after this time we can conduct an investigation and either send a replacement or give a full refund. Please contact us after this time if the products have not been received.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us asap

To adhere to Ebay regulations, customers are required to use Ebay's Resolution Centre for any returns request - this will enable us to deal with your request correctly.

If you are returning an item which you believe to be faulty, we will re-imburse the postage costs aswell as your original payment on reciept of the returned goods and after satisfactory inspection.

All other returns / non faulty items please notify us before returning the item. To qualify for a refund, goods must be returned to us unused,  intact, unopened and in resaleable condition within 14days of receipt.  P&P is at the customers own expense & is non-refundable

IMPORTANT: When returning an item we strongly advise that you obtain a 'Proof of Posting' from the Post Office - without this we are unable to make a claim on your behalf in the event of the returned goods been lost in the post.
