Most of our products are covered by 12 MONTHS MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering any manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user. The Hands Free Company will handle all warranty claims on your behalf, you must be able to produce proof of purchase.

A full refund will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt of the item excluding postal costs. The buyer must notify The Hands Free Company via email through ebay. We can only refund items that are actual returned to us so please use recorded or special delivery when returns items.
